This 12 week course focuses on a whole person approach to wellness. Each week will be have different topics, activities and reflections to help you increase your personal awareness and make lifelong health changes. All students will have access to Megan, who is an ACE certified Health Coach and Personal Trainer.

I am the designer of this course. I'm a Health Coach, Personal Trainer, rescue dog mom and cupcake connoisseur. I've been working in the wellness industry for 5+ years. It's my passion to help others develop sustainable, healthy lives. I have a BS in psychology, so my approach is very focused on mental health and personal development. Everyone's journey is unique and healthy can look different on everyone. My goal is to help you discover what works for YOU and makes you feel the best.
